Photo Editing.

Within today's technological world there are many ways to edit photographs, the most common professional editing program is Photoshop, whilst many also use social media applications such as Instagram.

Above is an image I have edited using an application called logic. It is photo's that I have taken whilst on a holiday to Lapland during Christmas 2014, that have been cropped and arranged together into a collage.

Audience and Purpose-
The audience for this image was my own friends and family, as it was to be uploaded to my own personal social media accounts. Its primary purpose was to serve as a way to reflect and  look back at the previous years adventure.

Analysis-
In my opinion this image fulfils its intended purpose and is appropriate for the target audience. The main consideration when creating this image was with the colours of each image and laying them out in order to have a balance of light and dark rather than blocks of dark/ light colours. If I was to recreate this image I think that making the image black and white or greyscale and having a pop of colour within the boarder, could make this image more eye catching and would be a bigger contrast to the original images.

Purpose.

This blog has been created by myself, Emily Smee (313050) for the soul purpose of sharing media and resources created using technology, in the form of an e-portfolio.

All the work uploaded to this blog will be my own and will be reviewed in conjunction with a 2000 word reflective account, to determine 50% of my module mark for the module ICT, Creativity  and Learning at Bath Spa University.

The audience for this blog is intended to be other academics or those wanting to know more about my own personal technological skills, as well as those that will be using this blog as evidence for my academic writing piece.

Blogs should be uploaded regularly with new media and resources that I have created and will be handed in as evidence from the 20th May 2016.
