Augmented Reality Aura.

During a recent workshop we learnt how to create an Aura or augmented reality action.
The aura I helped to create (within a group of 3) was aimed at teaching primary children about the letter E. We began by creating a "start here" aura that included a video of the instructions for the treasure hunt section of the activity.
Below is a photo of the video instructions being recorded:

We then moved on to finding animations of objects or animals beginning with the letter E that would be added to the aura's for the children to find and attempt to spell.
After all our animations (Elephant, Eyeball and Earth) were chosen we searched for trigger images of the letter E around the building. My job as part of the group was to complete one of the 3 aura's we'd created, selecting the animation we had chosen and adding it too the trigger image, before naming the aura.
Below is picture evidence of this process:

Once this process was complete, the aura I created worked and was able to be discovered when the device was hovered over the correct area. A problem we did encounter with this trigger image was that as the light reflected off the lettering on the sign it would make it harder to discover the aura.
